My Experience When I Was Studying In AIU
In our life, we usually must to face with many people and many things, sometimes we met troubles but we should not surrender to troubles.
My name is RODIGIAH and I am from Vietnam. To me, when i came here to study i had to worry so much, like i worried about living without family, worried about speaking, worry about different culture and so on. I always thought how could i live without my parents then after i had come here two or three days i always cried, my friends came to my room and they saw i was crying then they encouraged me should not cry more because we had to try to live far from our family to learn how we grow up by our self and we learn how we made up our future. Then i tried to forget sadness and live happy with my country-mates and new friends from many countries, but i had problem with my speaking and listening when i communicated with everyone here, i could not speak and listening well because in my country teacher only concentrate on teaching grammars then almost Vietnam's students cannot speak english well. Sometimes i felt sorry for myself because i was always laughed at my english's skill, then i tried to do not care about their laughing because i knew that they could speak english fast but not sure that their speaking's grammar correctly. Although i must live far from my parents, i still have many friends close to me. That makes me so happy, not only i can close with my country-mates but also i can close with others friends like Malaysian, they are so kind to me, always help me when i need, support me when i feel disappointed in study. Beside those friendly friends, i also got help from lecturer's IEP, they were willing help me when i could not understand lesson and always supported me study hard.
This is my first trimester because i had just completed and passed IEP level. Although i was be late one trimester, i will try to study hard more and keep up with my friends.
To me, studying information technology at first i could know how to create blog because i had never made and used it before, second i can know more a bout information technology and i hope i can understand more than about information technology from IT's lecturer though lesson has many words about technology difficult to understand.
